"As stewards of the environment we could not responsibly add refrigerant to a system that was less than 50% system charge without trying to locate the source of the leak . Besides that the system seemed to have a restriction at the metering device which needed to looked into . The customer threatened me with an unfavorable review if we did not in his words " just dump some refrigerant in" like he has had done every year. We will not under any circumstances put our refrigerant handling license in jeopardy even under threat of my business being slammed because of it."
