"I called Rich and told him I needed to have my basement checked for the presence of mold.  He indicated he could look at it that same day and we set up a tenative appointment.  Rich was a little late but was very courteous giving me a call and letting me know he was running behind.  Rich did the inspection of my basement - visually inspection for mold and testing the concrete block walls and slab for moisture content.  He didn't find anything serious which was a relief.  Overall Rich was very professional, thorough, and informative.  If I ever needed mold remediation I would definately use Rich and CCE.
