Our most productive member of our team "Venny" a Ventrac 4500Z is an all terrain compact tractor for any terrain. You truly have to see it to believe what it is capable of. I have said since owning, it is the greatest show on turf! Here are some of the features: * Versatility with light footprint on turf * Working ability on 25-30 degree slopes * Flex Frame that articulates & oscillates * Over 30 front end attachments * Four seasons strong This incredibly rugged and dependable machine is best suited for homeowners, farms, golf courses, schools and universities, parks, street maintenance departments, commercial mowing services, contractors, wineries, property owner associations, estate homes and anyone needing ONE machine to do it all! We have tackled many projects with the Ventrac this year clocking in at almost 150 hours. Everything from brush cutting and clearing, to hauling mulch/stone/topsoil, to finish grading of lawns preparing for sod/seed. We have restored old gravel driveways from any sized potholes and overgrown weeds to a smooth, level surface.

He identified himself and asked if I would like a quote for my lawn service. I told him I had a service for the last 2 years and I would consider if they could be price competitive. I gave him my email address, and he walked around my property and left. On February 22 I received a quote via email labeled Weed Man â Promises Kept. I was satisfied with the quote, so I called my current lawn services and told them I no longer needed their service. I signed up with Weed Man and paid in full for the yearly service of 6 applications. On 4-13-23 they performed my first service, and everything went well. Later that day I received a phone call from a Weed Man representative. My first thought was they wanted to thank me for my business but that was far from the truth. She told me they could not service my property unless I paid them more money. As I stated earlier, I had already paid for the full year. There is only one word that can describe the business practice of Extortion. I told her I had paid for the year and expected them to honor their contract with me. She told me she needed to speak to upper management and would call me back. That call never came and the following week I attempted to log onto the Weed Man website to view my account. It gave me a message that my account was not active. I called the phone number listed on my quote and was told my account was canceled 2 days prior. I asked to be called back by someone in management. 2 days later I did receive a call and was told it was being recorded. I was clear I was not happy with their extortion practices to get me to pay more than my written paid quote. She told me they could not service my lawn for the quoted price. She canceled my service and told me my full amount would be refunded. I asked them again to honor their paid contract and if they wanted more money they could ask for that next year and let me decide if I wanted to keep their service at a higher price but they refused. It has now been 2 weeks and my account is still canceled and no money has been refunded."
