Once work started, the reconstruction went very quickly and Nick had all the subcontractors lined up with constant activity at our house until the job was done. The quality of the workmanship was high and we would hire Nick again."

"My basement remodel turned out as I hoped and looked just as drawn up by a separate architect. Much of the work and cost was re-routing plumbing, electrical and HVAC to get the most floor and ceiling space, and the subcontractors were great. Roger's attention to detail ensured and I was happy with the quality of all the subs. He was very responsive and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He had good suggestions as the project progressed. I had to do a bit of work on my own for the permits as not licensed in Milwaukee, but it was not too difficult as I already had the architect's plans. I also did a bit of running around for some supplies which helped keep a few costs down. Overall, although the cost was higher than I had hoped, I am really enjoying the space and happy I did it."
