"Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. Some decisions have to be quick ones, and we received good, practical guidance in making those quick decisions. All subcontractors have done quality work as well. The progress and quality of the entire project, down to regrading the front lawn, has been noticed not just by us, the homeowners, but by the neighborhood and inspectors. Thought has been given to how our neighbors as well us, the homeowners living at the site, would live through the project. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us. The dialog has been critical and has really led to the positive experience, to setting expectations. Positive communication was established during the planning of the project, which took place over the course of a year. It seemed like forever, waiting a year to start, but it has truly worked to our benefit. It has been worth the wait, and we wouldn't want anyone else doing this kind of work on our home. Nick has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. His actions show that he is equally invested in the success and completion of our project."

"I was left hanging on a deck project because of an injury to the guy that was doing my job. (not on site) When I searched on Angi for a contractor that does decks I found Mike from The Loft. Mike came out the next day and looked at the job. He gave me a quote that same evening. When I gave him an OK to proceed he started THE NEXT DAY! "I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"Politely said, Sparky is the boss.  
We needed electricity and HDMI ran from a cabinet in our great room up above our fireplace so we could mount a TV.  Also needed cable and electricity ran to a wall in our master bedroom so we could mount our TV on the wall. 
Sparky showed up on a Friday afternoon, five minutes early.  Assessed the situation, and before he left, said he would look into how much parts/etc would cost, and he would call me with a bid.  Sunday night I received a text from him with a bid, we set up a time for him to come for the install on 8/22 at 9am.  
Sparky showed up at 8:59, and got to work.  I came home from lunch to outlets installed where I had asked, cable ran, everything was great.  He could not find the specific outlet cover for AC / Cable, but it will not be visible once the TV is mounted, so it is not of real concern.  
I was a little uncomfortable mounting the brackets for our TV on the walls, as the studs were located in odd places - and I didn't trust myself to mount a $1,000 60" plasma anywhere that wasn't on a small stand.  ha!  
I asked if he would mind installing the mounts if I kicked him some extra $$, and he gladly obliged to stay longer than he had originally intended.  He even went so far as to use his own screws/mounting bolts that were FAR superior to the ones that were provided in the kit.
Couldn't be happier.  Should we plan on doing any other electrical work / lighting in the future, Sparky will be our first call.

"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

"My basement remodel turned out as I hoped and looked just as drawn up by a separate architect. Much of the work and cost was re-routing plumbing, electrical and HVAC to get the most floor and ceiling space, and the subcontractors were great. Roger's attention to detail ensured and I was happy with the quality of all the subs. He was very responsive and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He had good suggestions as the project progressed. I had to do a bit of work on my own for the permits as not licensed in Milwaukee, but it was not too difficult as I already had the architect's plans. I also did a bit of running around for some supplies which helped keep a few costs down. Overall, although the cost was higher than I had hoped, I am really enjoying the space and happy I did it."
