Klink's Karpets Inc

Their subcontractor improperly installed the vinyl planks. I let them know as it was happening and they did not seem to have any answers but to not charge me for the installation. But here I am two years later with cracked broken and buckled final planks.Because of the improper installation my product warranty is no longer valid. After contacting the business they’re only solution was to charge me $725 to repair their mistake.

Same as above.  I would continue to use Klink's carpets in the future for both linoleum and carpet installations.  This is a great family business having been taken over by a sister/brother team who work well together and especially with their customers needs and budgets. 

Their prices are right in line with everyone else and the service is outstanding. They are a local company owned by a family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service stands out, they are all about making you happy. When they come to your house they leave everything vacuumed and picked up. They stand by their product so I don't ever worry is anything ever happened. I would say customer service is top of the line, I can't think of another carpet store that goes that extra mile. I have told my family and friends about them and I've gotten them a lot of business. Everyone I know around here will go there. Once I had them install brand new high end carpeting in my bedroom in the back of the house. It started discoloring and I had to have it cleaned in the first year. We went back to Klinks and they stood behind it. There was a problem with the manufacturer, nothing that they did. They took it all out and replaced the carpeting with no questions asked. I would go with them in a heart beat and plan to use them in the future.

My overall interaction went very well. I use them often.

The service person was prompt and efficient. He went out of his way to schedule the service after dinner hours when we were both home. The work he did was excellent and very professional.

We've bought carpeting from Kink's several times in the last thirty years. We have always been extremely happy with their product, their prices and their installation. In regard to their pricing, surprisingly, they have always been able to meet or beat prices that we were quoted at the larger stores. We've been more than happy to give them our business over the years.

They are family owned and operated. Very attentive and helpful and the two installers were absolutely the best. They were neat, precise, did a wonderful job, and it looks like dynamite! They were very reasonable too.
