"Hi, [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with us. I feel especially bad, because I was the sales person who took your original call and facilitated your landscape maintenance contract when you purchased your home last August. I even remember calling around to line up a snow removal contractor who still had availability in their route for you. As for your fall clean up price, we quoted and charged $610 for that portion of your contract (not $1000), and held that price on your 2018 renewal proposal. That price included the man hours, plus equipment, and disposal. We certainly aren't trying to take advantage of our customers-quite the contrary. Our hope is to have happy customers who stay with us for many years. I really thought you would be one of those happy customers, and I regret that it hasn't worked out that way. The experience was good. I may have them do some more extensive landscaping this year.
The wall ended up being a few inches higher than the previous wall, and when I called Brett after it was done, stating it needed more dirt/mulch, it was done without question. The wall is very beautiful with superb quality workmanship. I would absolutely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone who asks!
We have been very happy with the service. Estimates were prompt and reasonable, started service right away.
The only issue we had (not really an issue) was the first cut was shorter than I like it. Sent an email to cut it at the height I wanted and the next week the adjustment was made.
Reliable, prompt and the lawn looks great! We are exploring some other projects with this provider as well.
