Here are some of the features: * Versatility with light footprint on turf * Working ability on 25-30 degree slopes * Flex Frame that articulates & oscillates * Over 30 front end attachments * Four seasons strong This incredibly rugged and dependable machine is best suited for homeowners, farms, golf courses, schools and universities, parks, street maintenance departments, commercial mowing services, contractors, wineries, property owner associations, estate homes and anyone needing ONE machine to do it all! We have tackled many projects with the Ventrac this year clocking in at almost 150 hours. Everything from brush cutting and clearing, to hauling mulch/stone/topsoil, to finish grading of lawns preparing for sod/seed. We have restored old gravel driveways from any sized potholes and overgrown weeds to a smooth, level surface.

"I called them for junk removal, but I’m 90% sure I accidentally hired a search-and-rescue team. They rolled up in a gleaming GMC truck, hopped out like they were on a mission, and dove into my garage like it was an archeological dig. Ten minutes in, they ‘rescued’ a recliner that had been buried so long I think it gained sentience. Then they pulled out a box labeled ‘Important Documents’… which turned out to be 300 Taco Bell sauce packets from 2004. They handled it like hazardous material, loading it onto the trailer with tongs. By the time they finished, my garage was cleaner than when I bought the house. I half expected them to hand me a medal for “Most Dramatic Transformation.” If they start offering to clean up my life choices, I’m signing up immediately."

"NOT WELL. He threatened to take me to small claims court after flooding our basement. Say a landscaper you hired did some work for you the week of July 6th . Graded your yard incorrectly and your finished basement flooded July 9th and 10th. Caused so much damage that the mitigation services cost $2,400. Now you need to replace carpet for $3,800. Not sure what the cost is to replace the wood trim yet, drywall or any other repair costs to get the basement back to normal. Say you literally had to move all the dirt on the side of the house yourselves, that the landscaper put there, so you don't get additional flooding. And the other work in the rear of the house, still has yet to be redone, as the dirt is taller than the base of the house, so this grading is also incorrect. Say the new estimates to fix the yard correctly consist of a retaining wall, etc. Something Wally never told us we needed. For the work to be done correctly, both estimates are over $10,000. Say you are still waiting to hear what the landscapers insurance MIGHT cover before you give any payment to Wally. Both the restoration/mitigation services and your personal insurance company fault the landscaper (in writing) for the flooding. And the landscaper's insurance says they will cover some of the expense of the damages. ("some" due to depreciation of the carpet, etc. ) So it will most likely cost you a few thousand dollars out of your own pocket, when all is finally said and done. AND Say the landscaper still expects to be paid over $2,100 for the work that was done thus far (for the incorrect grading done). Say the landscaper even called you this morning and told you he was taking you to small claims court."
