"We are so sorry for your frustration. When we spoke a few days ago we did assure you a manager will be in contact in the upcoming few days to confirm the free service call we have set up. This seasons record setting temperatures and prolonged drought is leaving many lawns struggling. Again we strongly encourage everyone to water frequently to prevent such devastating damage. As far as your neighbors property there are many factors such as soil quality, shade, and proper mowing heights and probably lends to why it has been able to retain its color and yours is browning. One or two applications of fertilizer and/or weed control are a start to a healthy lawn but it does take time and is a partnership to reach optimum results. We will be in touch this week regarding our upcoming visit and will discuss the conditions further."

As stated in our conversation yesterday we are happy to provide you with copies of all the correspondence we have sent over the past 3 years reflecting our policy- including the confirmation of services you received annually prior to any work being performed. It is not our goal to utilize collection efforts when not necessary and we are happy we were able to come to a settlement agreement with you. "We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the outcome of your property after one season with us. We did look into your file and see the trail of communication you and our office had throughout your program. Our office did provide you with educational materials on what you as a homeowner can do to assist in resurrecting your struggling turf. Please let us know if you would like us to resend any of that information. It sounds like you and our manager determined a large portion of your property required better drainage and a major reduction of shade from your heavy tree lined property. Until you can provide your turf more sunlight (minimum of 3-4 hours of direct sunlight daily) you will continue to see die back of your grass and the opportunistic moss plants creeping in. We are more than happy to discuss this further, and encourage you to contact our office any time."
