"We always thank Angie's List customers for their honest reviews. That makes us better in every way. However, after careful review of this proposal, I am not sure why he would discuss price. This project was very, very small. We rarely hear price as an issue to start with, but after reviewing his quote, the maximum amount of profit on this job, would have been less than $100, and would have tied up an entire crew, at least 1/2 a day. We wish this person and his family the very best, and are glad he was able to get his job done for less. May they be blessed in all they do, and may they have a wonderful 2017. "We believe this person has gotten us mixed up with someone else. This customer not only got pricing, he got 5 quotes for different things he request, over a 2 week period. Stone edging $1,774.13, irrigation repair $681.98, aeration $97.43, St. Augustine sod and compost $2,272.38 and Bermuda sod and compost $2,147.68. We wish him the best. Customer Care"
They arrived on time to prune the tree to allow for better growth, as well as more (much needed) sun to reach my yard.
They used a machine to break up the ground to prepare for laying of sod. While I watched, I saw water gush out of the water line they hit. The proper authorities had not marked the line, and it was also obvious to me the line was only 2 or 3 inches deep, which is very shallow. They knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. My water was restored within 2 hours. They also checked water pressure to make certain there were no leaks. The fault with the breakage lies with the builders in 2000, and with the city for not marking the line.
They finished breaking up the dirt and laid the sod. They rolled the sod and watered the grass. By mid-afternoon they had completed the work.
Any time I had an issue, they worked with me to resolve it.
I would recommend Peterson's Landscape & Maintenance to anyone seeking to have landscaping work performed.
