"Andy (Owner?) stopped by 2 hrs. late to give initial quote for project that I requested on Angi listed as "Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, or Fixtures" agreed on price. When Andy asked if there was anything else, I said there were a couple of fixtures that I was gonna replace, but I wasn't willing to pay an electrician for such a small job. He chuckled and agreed. I got other quotes, but this company had the best estimate for the project I requested. End of job, tech told me that the owner wanted $300 more than he quoted! I called the owner right then. He argued with me saying that I told him I only wanted fixtures replaced when he was here. I said that there were texts between us that confirmed the work to be done as well as the price. He argued more and then told me he hoped that I wasn't gonna make problems in the neighborhood? He tried to manipulate me into not leaving a negative review by saying he's a small company trying to make a living. Worst experience I've EVER had."

Everything was connected properly and the electricity was running properly and those switches were controlled by them and he also included a dimmer switch on the light fixture. He did a really good job in figuring out how to bring the wires through the ceiling of our condo. He came very very soon after we contacted him and I was very glad that he was able to come right away to get it done so quickly."
