This included a completely new frame, support posts, railings, and stairs. While installing the railings I was impressed at how they took extra measures to protect the new floorboards from dents and scratches by first laying a tarp across the deck for their equipment and materials to lay upon. Each day they ensured the area was clean and tidy, even if it meant staying late. Impact to the surrounding lawn was minimal - in my case it will recover fully on its own with no repair work. They also replaced some siding that bubbled because it was too close to a grill and replaced a floor board in a balcony. They worked efficiently and effectively, protected our plants and cleaned up well. Angel provided a very fair estimate for the job that broke out labor and materials. He communicates very and we will continue to use WI Innova Construction for our outside construction needs."
