"First let me say that I recommend them without any reservation. Not only did they do excellent work but they also vacuumed and wiped the floor where they walked in (the project was done during winter with a lot of snow). I was impressed. They were hired to install free floating glass shelves and put together some garage storage units. The shelves were to hold some sculptures and needed to be placed exactly within the dimensions we had specified. They got everything right. "

He did a great job and even though there was a hiccup where he had to run to Home Depot (due to a prior issue from a different handyman) he did not ask for anything except payment for the additional parts at cost. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"
