From the start, Cirilo and his team at Mendoza Drywall stood out. They handled the demolition and flooring removal quickly, safely, and cleanly—removing all debris with care before beginning the rebuild. Once the space was cleared, they reframed and built out a new office/guest room, installing insulation, drywall, trim, molding, and new doors. Their workmanship was excellent, and their pace never compromised quality. We were extremely pleased with both the process and the final results. Cirilo’s team was professional, respectful, and incredibly clean; they were careful not to track debris or dust through our home, which we greatly appreciated. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"
