Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"This was a HUGE project. This very big 1910 farm house needed to be scrapped and repainted, several areas of woodwork needed to be replaced and/or repaired. The scraping team of two people were fast and efficient and they also executed the painting. The owner and his father did the carpentry repairs and did a great job. While repairing several holes in the soffits they discovered that the 2nd floor roof hardly existed, the structure having rotted out over time for a lack of gutters on the 3rd floor roof. They will soon come and replace the roof decking and joists and ribbing. During the painting, I had them trim back the huge trees that were hovering over the house adding to the bad condition of the sides of the house. I can't recommend this fine company enough.
