Jose did a great job replacing drywall in my master closet. A water leak ruined the ceiling and I needed it fixed quickly. I requested a quote the Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend and he came out the same day and began the project on Memorial Day. He was on time, did excellent work, matched the knock down texture on the ceiling and cleaned up. Jose was great to work with and was very professional. I will not hesitate to call him whenever I need drywall work.

Fantastic craftsmanship and customer service. Mr. Guzman showed up for the quote as scheduled. Our kitchen was taken down to the studs and new drywall was I stalled. We also had a smaller project in two of our BR closets that needed a bit of attention. One closet was half poorly dry walled and the other was a small plaster repair. Also Guzman Drywall started and finished my project on time as quoted with no extra costs. Friendly, courteous and professional. This is hard to find these days.

Jose and his employee Juan did an excellent job on taping and sanding my upstairs addition. And I am a very picky person when it comes to these things. They taped and sanded my whole upstairs addition in one week! Thats 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room / rec room, hallway, stairway and closets in every room. Everything turned out flawless!! He even fixed the inside corners in a bedroom and bathroom i already started, to make them straight with a special mudding tool. Jose is an awesome person and he will always do good work for you. I even trusted him home when my family and I went out for dinner and he even contacted me when he was leaving. His schedule timing for when he says he will be there is dead on perfect. his pricing is very reasonable. I'm going to be hiring him again in the next couple of months!

Jose did a great job drywall patching and painting our kitchen and back porch. We had removed a wood burning stove and some skylights which left some tricky ceiling structures in their place. A few other drywallers gave us higher estimates and seemed to be intimidated by these structures but Jose’s “can do” attitude impressed us and the end result was a flawless ceiling that looks perfect! Jose Guzman....outstanding job with drywall ! I’m a weekend warrior when it comes to home improvement projects. Several months ago I took on the project to build a rec room in our basement. I had a few friends that helped out with the framing and electrical. I respectively took on the task of hanging the drywall with my sons...it was a great farther and son bonding time. Then it came time to tape and mud and I knew this was beyond my area of expertise. I called several contractors to get a quote but was surprised that very few would even show up or call back. I think they were turned off when I explained to them that I installed the drywall myself. Even those that did show had other side jobs of plowing snow and I was skeptical of their experience. Others wanted to sell me on painting rather than tape and mudding. Finally I found Jose Guzman on Angie’s list with A rating and several good reviews. I called him to setup an appointment and he showed up in a matter of hours later. I could tell right away Jose was a very experienced with drywall installation and mudding. Jose pointed out some mistakes I made with the drywall installation and he did so in a manner that did not make me feel like I was incompetent. Jose is very professional and always arrived on time each day. His workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding and mirrored my expectations as a perfectionist. I would highly recommend Jose for any drywall type installation or repair.
