After the drain tile test was completed, John explained the results to me in such a way that I understood. While my basement may need corrective repairs in the future, John made several recommendations for outside work that he suggested that I try first. If those donâ t work, he said I should do the corrective interior work. It wouldâ ve been really easy for John and Accurate Basement Repair to sell me a completely new drain tile installation to correct the issues I was experiencing with my home and I would not have bat an eye at it. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."
