"I called Healthy Home around 8:10 am Tuesday , hoping to get on their schedule for some time during the week. Lucky for me, they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Steve and Tom arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule and got right to work. They checked out my furnace set up inside first and then went out to the A/C unit. I had not been keeping up with cleaning out A/C every year, so while they were running some other tests, they hosed all the extra crud out of the unit. Within 45 minutes after arrival, they had diagnosed and repaired the problem. Tom and Steve explained what was going on in terms a layman like me could understand. I was very impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. I will definitely be utilizing Healthy Home for any future HVAC issues."

I’m Nick Herman, from the Green Bay area. Most of my career has been in flexo printing — running plants, training operators, and solving problems when the line is down. That same mindset is how I run Woodya Look At That Tree Service. I started it as a one-man operation because I like being on the tools and I like finishing a job clean. I do removals, storm cleanup, and large hardwoods — oaks included — using proper lowering and rigging so we’re not tearing up yards. I’m not a big crew with a fancy truck wrap. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
