Neil took the time after to explain everything that was done today and how to use the new thermostat. The basement was definitely cleaner than before they got here! The entire process of installing the new unit and doing maintenance on the furnace took about 6 hours. Extremely satisfied with the price and service here."

"Very helpful and professional, friendly and did not judge how my furnace or home was taken care off. Suggested what filters to use and when to change them because of our conditions in our home. They did a complete inspection, along with the repair to our furnace."

"Josiah did a great job on my dryer vent duct work. This ductwork was behind the wall and only accessible from the vents. Everything looked like metal semi-rigged duct work from what could be seen from both ends. I started cleaning the ducts myself then I noticed insulation coming out of the vents instead of dryer lint about midway down the ducting. Thats when I called home advisor and was connected with Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning. The material hidden in the wall was plastic flex ducting that had began to fail due to age and isn't suited to cleaning anyway (should just be replaced.) Josiah did a great job replacing the plastic with metallic flex ducting. I'll use WNADC again for some future projects."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
