Very helpful and professional, friendly and did not judge how my furnace or home was taken care off. Suggested what filters to use and when to change them because of our conditions in our home. They did a complete inspection, along with the repair to our furnace.

Yah the heat is on ! It was a broken thermostat. A special thank you to #apexheatingandcooling for coming out on Christmas Eve in the middle of the night to fix it. Thank you Jason. He is the owner of the company, working the holidays so his employees can spend the holidays with their family. Very pleased. I was unhappy with a competitor so when I need service again I looked on Home Advisor and found Apex to be highly rated. I called them and they were here within 30 minutes. Troy was our service technician and he was great. He was upfront about the cost and very professional. The problem was fixed quickly and thoroughly. The whole visit was less than an hour. I will definitely call them next time I need any HVAC work.

I've been very disappointed in contractors of late, and had a bad experience with a competitor of Apex's about a month earlier. They were great from the start. Troy was our technician, and was up front on cost, walked me through the entire inspection, and knew what he was doing. He wasn't in a hurry, and made sure the job was done before leaving. I'll be purchasing a new furnace/ac from them in the near future, and it feels good to have complete confidence in that decision.

The installers were very clean, treated my house with respect. The only prbelm I had was noticing that when they installed the electrical line to the compressor outside they ran the wire streight through my air return of the furnace. I realize that that the return is not a four sided metal box but is throught the floor joist but if they had noticed that the electricians that were wiring the outlets when the house was built they made every effort to avoid running power lines through the return ducts.

the contractors were very friendly and knowledgeable, they installed a very good product and also installed additional duct work at a very reasonable price. i am very happy with the work they did!

Very professional. Responded to my call in a very timely manner. Completed the job as promised. I would definitely hire Apex again and will do so when I replace my furnace.

My wife and I interviewed three contractors one of which was the contractor that installed our furnace when we built the house. Jason was the last contractor to quote and my wife and I both thought we had our decision made on one of the previous contractors before Jason arrived. We even talked a bit about calling Jason to cancle our appointment. Once Jason arrived and condcuted his analysis of situaiton, discussd options, his product's and how he performs his work, we are glad we didn't cancel the appointment. We are very pleased with our new Rheem furnace and the professional instalaltion but most of all our choice of contractor.

Unlike the others I talked to, the people from Apex talked to me at a whole different level... a person to person level rather that vulture to prey. No PowerPoint presentations, no slamming of competitors , no talking in circles, just a good honest conversation of how we could upgrade our furnace and A/C at a reasonable price. They were professional from start to finish. They installed on a rainy day, but still finished the same day... on time. Everything looks and operates great. They delivered everything I expected and on an apples to apples basis were the best price to boot.

The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Customer service was excellent. The prices for their work were far below competitors.

We ran into an issue with our previous Heating & Air Conditioning installers. Long story short, they did a very poor job with the installation of the water heater, furnace, and central air. Jason and Scott came into our house to replace everything that the previous H-VAC contractor had done and I am EXTREMELY impressed with not only the quality of their work, but the incredibly high quality of their customer service. These are people that I would recommend to anyone out there that is looking for an H-VAC contractor who is not only dedicated to high quality work, but also provides incredible customer service.

I had a great experience with Apex. Unfortunately, I had gone with a different contractor first. The other contractor did not install my tankless water heater to code and the quality of work was so poor on both the water heater and furnace. I had the other company remove their equipment. Apex was able to come to my house the same day I had the other equipment removed and put in a different and better furnace, water heater and a/c unit, so I was never without heat or hot water. Even though it was a busy time of the year for them they were able to get me in their schedule. They had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are very honest and very professional. The quality of work they did cannot even compare to what I have experienced firsthand with different company. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a furnace or a/c unit.

Jason was very personable without being pushy, showed me various ways to solve my issues, and decided to go with a new cenral air and heating system. Thus far I am very pleased with the air conditioning performace and hope for equal sucess with the furnance. Installation was the next day, very neat and professional in work and perfdormance.
