All our products carry a minimum warranty of 10 years parts and labor with some carrying a complete furnace replacement. When you request a consultation, we’ll come to your home and take the time to understand your family’s specific needs. Whether you’re upgrading an existing system, putting on an addition to your home or building new, we will discuss your needs to design the best system and approach. Using one of the manufactures that we partnered with, the brand and specific model of equipment is selected to provide maximum comfort and the lowest operating costs. From quote to final clean-up, the care and consideration shown by the entire team was excellent. The quality of work and product leave nothing to be considered and we're enjoying the comforts of their labor each day. Where other outfits didn't know if there was any kind of rebate or not, Jonie made sure the rebate was secured from the get-go. They secured the lowest bid and produced the highest quality. I want to thank the crew at Healthy Home Heating&Cooling for coming out today and setting up our new central air unit! Jonie made scheduling a breeze, was very informative on all the different options for us and considerate of our budget. Neil and Nick came out and installed for us and they were very polite and professional during the whole thing. Neil took the time after to explain everything that was done today and how to use the new thermostat. The basement was definitely cleaner than before they got here! The entire process of installing the new unit and doing maintenance on the furnace took about 6 hours. Extremely satisfied with the price and service here.

We truly appreciated the promptness and honesty that Nick Conner portrayed as he talked about repair of our 43 year old furnace vs a new one. When we called to make arrangements, Laura was extremely helpful and very customer oriented. Steve came with Neal to install the furnace and were very thorough and explained EVERYTHING to us and stayed until all questions were answered and we understood. Steve came back 2 more times to assist with the remote thermostat and to pump out all the fuel oil to donate.

Nick, Neil & Jim did a fabulous job installing our new furnace and air exchange system yesterday. They are very professional and neat and left our basement looking nicer and more orderly than it has ever been. I called Healthy Home around 8:10 am Tuesday , hoping to get on their schedule for some time during the week. Lucky for me, they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Steve and Tom arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule and got right to work. They checked out my furnace set up inside first and then went out to the A/C unit. I had not been keeping up with cleaning out A/C every year, so while they were running some other tests, they hosed all the extra crud out of the unit. Within 45 minutes after arrival, they had diagnosed and repaired the problem. Tom and Steve explained what was going on in terms a layman like me could understand. I was very impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. I will definitely be utilizing Healthy Home for any future HVAC issues.

Great company! Called them up at 1:30pm and a very kind woman, who's name escapes me unfortunately, picked up the phone. After taking down my details and hearing my issue she said they would be there between 2 and 2:30. They were at my door in less than 30 minutes which was great. I may have just gotten lucky with scheduling, but it was still awesome they showed up that fast. They immediately began checking over the simple things and after eliminating those they turned their attention to the outside unit where they discovered the capacitor had died. Also, I was told the refrigerant was on the low side, nearing not working and asked if I wanted them to fill it up. After replacing the capacitor and filling the refrigerant it was working again. However, they also looked over the blower settings and discovered it was running too high for the AC to run properly so they changed it to a lower setting. Everything has been working great since and I notice the positive difference changing the fan setting made. Tom and Steven were great. I know who I'll be calling if I ever have any more issues in the future.

The tech (I believe the owner), was able to get out same day to take a look at the ac unit. After doing a standard inspection and repairing the wire he gave me a run down of all of their services.
It was greatly appreciated that they were able to make it out same day at no additional cost.

I called Healthy Home on a Friday around 2pm and I was completely thrown off when the lady said she could have someone there between 4-6pm. I was expecting to make an appointment for the next week. The technician Nate showed up just after 4pm and was very friendly. He inspected the entire system starting on the inside of the house and worked to the a/c unit outside. He cleaned it up and went to work to find the problem. He was pretty sure he had found the problem and said he would replace the part and if it wasn't the problem he wouldn't take the part back and not charge me. The capacitor he replaced was the problem and my house almost instantly had cold air blowing through it again. The nice part (besides a $290.00 bill when I was anticipating having to buy a new air conditioner since it's older) was he gave me piece of mind that everything he inspected looked good. I was extremely happy with Nate and Healthy Home. They have my future business.

Woke up to a terrible sound coming from my furnace. Called Healthy Home at about 8am and they said someone was finishing up a job and would be there in approximately one hour. At about 9am, Scott showed up at my house. I explained the issue to Scott and he quickly went to work and determined the blower motor wheel needed to be replaced. Scott was able to find the part in town and have my furnace back up and running better than before all before 11am! Scott was very professional and showed me and explained everything that he was doing. Scott went over the different options and prices before moving ahead with the work and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. This is the first time I have needed HVAC work at this house and I know that my furnace will need replacing in the coming years. I will definitely call Healthy Home back for additional service and to talk about my replacement options.
