Complete Care Air offers excellent service with small town attention. Scott and Erica respond at all hours no matter what. Their team is very skilled and thorough. We have had them service our old HVAC and just recently they installed a new system.

Living in Florida, it’s essential to have an annual contract with an A/C company. Complete Care Air services my a/c twice a year and I’ve never had a problem because they maintain it so well. They are competent, reliable, family owned business. They have a quick response time to calls and emails. The technicians are knowledgeable and experienced and on time! Everyone is courteous, friendly and capable. I highly recommend them.

The owner, comes and services our home aircon. He is very detailed on explaining what's going on and what our options are. Very reasonable. What demonstrates he stands by his qualifications, he's not hustling for long contracts He's confident that we'll be satisfied with his service and we'll call up in 6 months for service. He's the real deal.

Our technician initially suspected a major problem with one of our cooling units due to temprature of the air that was blowing. After describing our issue and informing me of my alternatives he decide to check the air a second time to show me the results. Lady luck was on our side the second test revealed that there were no issues and his checking on the roof confirmed it. If not for him being both diligent and honest we might have embarked a an expesive repair or replacement. He is to be commended for his work. Dave Sibits

Simply the best AC company in Southwest Florida. Professional staff from the office to the technician coming to your house. Always show up on time , text you 20-30 before they show up. They always let you know what’s going on with your AC unit good or bad. Don’t even mess around with any other company just call them.

Complete Air Care is ALWAYS on time, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I have been under contract with them for year-round care of my 2 air conditioning units for a few years and have been very happy with their work. They are aways pleasant on the phone and available whenever needed.

I normally don't write reviews but when I'm in need of someone I read them all the time. In this case I felt the need to write one for all of you who also read reviews. I whole heartily recommend this company. We were told by another company that our evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced, and our liquid line drier needed repairing. We had Complete Care Air (Scott, the owner) come out for a second opinion. Turns out we did NOT have a leak in our coil. He was able to replace the liquid line drier on the spot and now the system is fine. I highly recommend this company. Fast response, professional, good value and honest!

The work was done on a timely schedule. The employees that performed the work were professional and considerate of our home and property and a pleasure to talk to. They explained everything that they were going to do and answered all of our.questions. The work passed the county inspection the first time and the county inspector complemented their detail to safety standards and electrical work.

Scott inspected the air handler and confirmed the presence of buildup on blower and coils, though not severe enough to warrant the expense of a cleaning, due to the age and remaining useful life. He said the unit could be nursed along until something major fails which would warrant replacement the system. A few days later, as the outdoor temp. intensified, the unit was failing to keep up. Cameron stopped by to check the refrigerant in the condensing unit, which was low. He boosted the level, and made sure the system was producing satisfactory and sustained results. Since then, it has been running as well as ever. These guys provide honest assessments and excellent service.

When my newly installed AC stopped working suddenly, the installer refused to come service it even though we had a contract. The situation was urgent bc temps were in the 90s and we were going out of town for a week. Florida Cool did not care, fortunately my neighbor took the reins and called Complete Care Air. Cameron arrived promptly and fixed the AC even though we were not customers. We are now! They care about people unlike Florida Cool!
