Great, timely service. Advised me to call Kohler directly to plead for a new faucet, since this one has been a problem since installation. Gave me the part number to ask for specifically. Told me my water softener did NOT need to be replaced, and left me test strips to check it periodically.

Our new water softner was installed in about 1 1/2 hours. It takes up less floor space than the old one and looks fine in our laundry room. Mr. Cooper's assistant made sure that the floor was clean and all the old equipment was taken away. We are very satisfied.

Owen came over and looked at the old water softener to see if he could fix it instead of having to buy a new one. He diagnosed the problem but unfortunately there were no new parts available for it as it was an older model. Owen then recommended a new softener and installed it the very next day....
