Spotted the leak right away; told me my options and installed on the spot. Gave me directions on filling the tub, etc. Very pleased with the manner and professionalism of the installer. It's been awhile so I can't remember the name of the installer. Insurance paid for most of it.

It took a few calls to get someone to come out, but I was thoroughly satisfied by the service provided by Erik. This system is new to me, so I asked for someone to come out and explain the system and teach me what I had to do. Erik answered all my questions, got me set up with salt, adjusted the settings and put my mind at ease. When I called to ask, the people told me I probably didn't need this, it's such an easy system to manage. But when I said I'd just feel better having someone go over it with me, they kindly set me up. While he was here, he offered other services that I might consider in the future. If I do, I'd be thrilled to have the folks at Hellenbrand install a water filter

Tech was on time, communicated very well about what he would be doing, and was very professional.

Everything went very well.  Our old water softener was making a terrible noise so I finally called Hellenbrand.  I researched water softeners before I called here and on the web.  After a few questions they gave me a quote over the phone and set up a time to install.  They actually recommended a cheaper model than what I thought I needed! The installer (Doug?) showed up right on time, and did everything in a very professional manner.  When I told him I wanted to shop-vac behind the old unit before he put the new unit in, he said he would do it!  He hauled out the old unit and cleaned everything up, showed us how the new one worked, and emailed us a receipt the same day.  It seems to work fine, and the hot water pressure is a bit better than before.  Plus with a bigger resin bed it does not have to cycle so often. Very satisfied!

They are excellent! They are a good company. They are reliable and always on time. I never had any issue. I've been dealing with them for 2-3 years with the water purifier. They always come and service it. They are just very dependable. I really have no one to compare them to because I have only used them, but I am assuming their price is in line with everybody else's.

The contractor was punctual, friendly, efficient and informative during the home visit to inspect, test and evaluate the existing water softener system.  Everything checked out.  Salt was added to the reservoir.  Other suggestions were offered by the contractor.  We will likely schedule annual inspections of the system and add salt delivery services to the home.  The cost was reasonable for the services performed.

They came out and replaced our 25 year old water softener because it was finally failing.  We replaced the model with a newer model that was much more efficient.  They  work took approximately the time they quoted.  I little rework of the plumbing was needed and he even offered to tweak the water supply to our sink in the basement so it was softened water.  I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a water softener.

nstalled new water conditioner. Had to put in some new plumbing. There was a very small leak from one of the fittings (a drop every once in a while, not much to worry about). I gave a call. The service technician came right back out, and fixed it. Did a bang-up job. Very pleased. It's up and working, making my showers feel so good, and my clean clothes ever so soft. Nice! The service technician was very professional. A couple of days later a person from Hellenbrand called to make sure everything was up to my (and their) standards. The person I spoke with at Hellenbrand was pleasant and accommodating. YES! I would recommend Hellenbrand.

Excellent group to work with.  Gave us a complete list of their softeners and what would be included in the replacement.  Needed to reschedule the installation and that was handled in a professional way.  Installer was there on time and cleaned up after himself.

The service guy attempted to fix it the first time, claimed it was fixed and left. We tested the water over the next few days to find the softener was still broken. They returned promptly and spent about 4 hours trying to fix it, ultimately returning a 3rd time to replace the entire pump/valve mechanism. This did fix it. Despite failing to fix the problem properly the first time, they get extra-credit for working h****** the problem and truly fixing it without shortcuts the second time. They are servicing equipment they themselves installed when the house was built, but they only charged a fixed fee and did not charge us for the broken replacement parts.

Our other water softener had broken and I called them and they had someone out here the same day to shut it off and look at what we needed. They were very good about working us into their schedule. The installation did not take as long as I thought it would. They explained things well to us when they installed. They did not charge us for the first service call and told us that this when they were here. They have wonderful customer service.

We contacted Hellenbrand, Inc. about getting a new water softener (we knew which one we wanted because we had seen their models at last year's Home Products Show). They were able to schedule us within 5 days. We were given a 4-hour window, but the technician called 45 minutes before our starting time to tell us he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could start early. That was a pleasant surprise. He removed our old water softener and installed the new one in a little over an hour. He was friendly and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. He filled our new water softener with salt and left us with 9 additional 40 pound bags.
