Leaf Home Water Solutions

This company is a scam. There system doesn't work I've had it for 3 years and this has never worked correctly. I've had them come out several times and each time someone different comes out and they say the previous person installed incorrectly and never works when I call they stop calling back. Stay away. I have well water just fyi.

They are not trustworthy as a business. The technician sent to my house created possibility of cross contamination with my Water system. I had to call in a professional plumber who came and turned on the bypass system. So the system is here at my house and hasn't been used since installed. They don't tell you how much water the system will waste in a year either until after you ask that question. Very bad business. Friendly when they are kissing your ***to get your business, but real jerks once you want them to uninstall. I wish I never opened my doors to them. BEWARE I wish I could reply directly to their reply but I somewhat can't. Therefore I must add this: STOP ACTING like you guys want to find a solution now. I already filled a claim against LeafHome water solution with the finance bank. They know exactly who this is. Their system is still at my house and not being used. Even the tube to flush the system isn't connected to the draining tube. Even if I was to sell my house, the new owner would not be able to use the water system they installed because the draining tube is not connected anywhere and any flushed water would be all over the backyard and would be bad for the grass because it's salt water! I have been asking you guys to honor your promise to come get your product since the week after installation because I'mnot satisfiedwith it, nor do I have a faintest trust in it... Now I add a review here and all of a sudden you want to work with me?? November 11 was the installation, it's been over 4 months! It's obvious you only care about getting the clients. Their safety is not a concern of yours!

Sales rep, installation tech were professional and easy to work with. System working great have seen improvement on appliances , dishes and laundry. Also water does not have that flat flavor that our old water softener had. Very pleased with all including the finances.

LOVE the system Leaf Home Water System installed! Our well water had been contaminated and unusable. Very reasonably priced and they provided affordable financing also. Very professional and reliable. We now have the cleanest, best water in the county! Highly recommend their no maintenance, no filter, no salt system! Wish I could leave 10 stars!!!!
