We did not know the washer should be hooked up to the water softener. Apparently this can ruin high efficiency washers so this was good to know. The person doing the installation arrived just at the end of the window of time designated due to a delay at the previous job. Notification might have been nice. However, once the installation began, he was very conscientious about asking what route I wanted him to use to go in and out of the house so as not to wreck the wood floors or track dirt inside. Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied.

I like the service Culligan Total Water provides to accommodate my time to be available for the service. Our systems always seem to be working in good condition. Their price, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

Installer was on time and got the job done in the amount of time he said it would take, despite running in to a few minor problems.

Overall from Kim testing the water, to the installation, to the easy monthly billing, and the fantastic water, we couldn't be happier!

It went fantastic. This is a top notch, very professional and caring company. They are excellent to deal with and provide a great value for the service done. I have recommended them to several neighbors. That speaks for itself.

We had just purchased an old farm house with it's own well and even though we had an inspection done on the well, we still wanted someone to come out and check it as it was a little cloudy. Kim came out within a day to do testing of our watersoftner to see how our water was. The tests showed high levels of minerals and our water softner was out of date and not running the salt like it was suppose to in order to make our water soft. We set up an appointment for the following week and two of her co-workers came out and set up a new softner and put in a separate faucet that we could use for drinking water. This separate faucet for us to have pure filtered water - pure health clean water. We use to go though like 4 cases of water a weeks as both my wife and I would take about 3 - 4 bottles of water to work each day. Now with the new system recommend we are using water bottles and drinking right of the tap like the old days - when water was safe to drink. The money we are saving by not buying $4 case of water is amazing! Kim and her co-workers were so professional and extremely friendly that I would higly recommened her to anyone. I actaully had her call my mom who lives in Madison that was having troubles with her softener and Kim hooked her up in no time.

KKim came to our house and tested our water. The results were pretty distubing because we thought city water was pure. We were wrong and the chemicals in our water was surprising. Kim was able to offer an affordable purification system which didn't break our budget. she tested the water after the filter and the results were remarkable.

Arrived exactly the time promised, 10 am on a Friday, to give a bid. Could have installed the water heater before I needed it installed, and arrived on time for the installation. Costs were exactly as bid. Included removal of my old heater. Great experience.
