I purchase a new built property which was not cleaned properly, the place was left with dust particles mainly in unfinished basement which spread throughout the whole house. In addition, subcontractors did not use properly coverings so garage floor as well as carpets were impacted. The owner Jay came out and explained how they could help alleviate the issues we faced. He was very thorough in his assessment and presented the options. We ended up getting our garage concrete floor cleaned, basement concrete cleaned and all mechanicals wiped downed and heap vacuum, air ducts cleaned and carpet cleaned. This was a huge project split into 3 days. All of the his technicians were extremely knowledgable and thorough. Because the project was 3 days and different areas I had 6 different technicians they were ALL outstanding. I commend Jay and all of his staff for making this a wonderful experience I could not be more pleased with the outcome. And would not hesitate to use their services in the future if I had a need."
