Complete Home Inspection LLC

I am the seller and was out of town while the inspection was done.  He left windows unlocked which could have resulted in a break in.  He left windows on both outside door open 2 inches on the top, if it had rained the wood would have gotten wet.  My back yard is fenced in on three side with a six foot wooden fence.  The forth side is decorative wrought iron which can be taken down if you need to drive into the back yard.  For some reason he removed a section, (there was two other ways to enter the back yard) and did not connect it properly which could have damaged the fencing.  This is what I found the first day back.  The house was left this way for 2 weeks.  
Sellers beware!!  When I questioned my realtor first she said a realtor would accompany him.  Then she changed it and said a realtor would check on the house after he left to make sure the doors are locked.  I was not happy and she said he is bonded so there would not be an issue.  DO NOT LEAVE THIS PERSON ALONE IN YOUR HOUSE, knowing what I know now I would be right there following him around.

Like all home inspectors he has a long list of things that you can't hold him accountable for, and he did refund us his fee after costing us over a hundred thousand dollars on a lemon of a home. We spent thousands of  dollars fixing all the things he missed. He didn't even bother to lift a tile on a false ceiling in a bathroom.

excellent experience. dan was thorough, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. he also was not the most expensive service. highly recommended.
