Carpet Pro was professional, friendly and efficient and wore plastic shoe covers during the entire carpet cleaning. They did an excellent job with getting stains out and restoring our older burber carpet to a new look .

Darren and group are excellent to work with  - they did what they said they would do, when they said that they would do it. That is what one expects. They provide great customer service, are very accommodating, conscientious and detailed in their work. My number one priority was to have a hardwood floor restored in an apartment that I own. They used their "dust free floor refinish" service and took a very dull antique hardwood floor and using a combination of cleaning, buffing, and coatings, returned it to a beautiful floor.

This process does not remove scratches, blems, or restore a finish that no longer exists. But for a floor that will get daily use, this is a perfect, cost effective solution that will retain the original character. Darren did not oversell what the process would do - he told me exactly what to expect. I am very pleased with the finished result.

I would use Carpet Pro again for all of my cleaning and floor restoration services.

One thing I did learn from experience - I can't clean an apartment (between tenants) as quickly and cost effectively as they could. Next time I will use them for this service as well. 

What a treat to find a company so conscientious about time, quality and building a relationship with the customer. They actually came and cleaned all of our carpets throughout the house before we moved in at the beginning of August. They did such an excellent job that, after our furniture arrived, I had them back to do the couches and chairs.
During this second visit, they looked back through the house to see what the carpet was looking like and treated an area of the living room that they thought should have come out better. I showed them an area at the bottom of the stairs that our (horrible) movers had made when they brought in the washing machine. He took care of that for free. We also had an eye liner pencil issue on a bedroom carpet; I asked for advice on how to treat it and he cleaned it for free! (Black on cream carpet and you couldn't tell where the spot had been.) They then left a free can of their spot cleaner and said they'd bring any when we needed it.
But the biggest selling point for me? I have a special needs child who is fascinated by things like garbage trucks and how they operate, recycling plants, moving companies...and apparently, carpet cleaners. He engaged them in conversation both times (different people) and both times they responded so kindly, answering his many (and frequently repeated) questions and then made his whole day by showing him how to use the equipment and allowing him to help. He's 12 - and they told him that when he turned 16 and was looking for a summer job, he should call them. You would think he had just won the SuperBowl!
Cannot recommend them highly enough - and won't even consider using anyone else after these experiences.

cleaning was great.  carpet pro picked up and delivery carpet. the only criticism was that it took about a week longer to clean than  originally indicated. so i would rate them an A-. i'd definitely use them again.

Staff was friendly and respectful of our home.  Would use again.

We had just bought a house that looked liked the owner never swept or vacuumed. She was also a smoker and had two dogs she never cleaned up after. There were ground in ash-tray stains and pet accidents in every room.
 The guys that came by were very professional. They thoroughly explained the process and what the charges were.  We didn't have anything in the house, so we left them to do the work. When we came back they had left us two pairs of booties to put over our shoes and a can of carpet stain remover. All of the pet and cigarette stains were gone and the house no longer smelled of smoke. 

Carpet Pro is THE BEST carpet cleaners out there!!  I'm amazed at how clean they get my carpet!  We have used them numerous times (once as a basement flood) and they are extremely responsive and have great attention to detail.  I have tried many other carpet cleaners and no other company has come close to their quality!  

I have used CarpetPro on three occasions, and was delighted with their service each time.  The first time, I used them to clean all of the carpets in our home before we moved into it.  They did such a great job getting all the spots out of the carpeting, that we did not replace carpeting which was quite old.  On the second occasion, we used them to put a finish or glaze on our tile kitchen floors.  The kitchen floors turned out beautiful, and again they saved a floor that we were considering removing.  On the third occasion, we used them to take care of water damage.  Our washer machine overflowed onto our laundry room floor and dripped down into our newly finished basement.  Darren did an amazing job cleaning up our mess!  He came over immediately and set up dehumidifiers and blowers.  He worked directly with our insurance company.  He managed the whole cleanup AND restoration (worked with flooring company, had new ceiling tiles installed, and new baseboard trim installed).  He managed every detail and made sure the house was in perfect condition when he was done.
