They Brought The Wrong Color Twice And I Had To Settle Because The Movers Were Already Booked .Could Not Get Ahold Of Anyone To Get Any Satisfaction. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EMPIRE CARPET! They Take Your Downpayment Then You Cant Get Anyone To Talk With !!!!

It was supposed to be a 2 day job with 2 guys. It took them 3 days with the final day being 13 hours. Only 1 guy did the work, the other guy just did clean-up and got the tools. They left me with two damaged doors, a chunk was missing from the bottom of one door and I have a nail scratching a pocket door. 2 bad transition strips, one cracked, the other one bubbled. Underlayment showing. And trim cut too short around the doorway.

Sales rep said they would cut my doors to fit and they don't do that. Installation was clean and they moved all furniture. Carpet is great.

Floor looks great, workers seemed to know what they were doing, but the scheduling could have been better. They came at 12:30 pm, and didn't leave until 11:30 pm!

#1. These guys aren't the installers, they are just salesmen. #2 The salesman wrote the order up wrong so the actual installers pointed out all the mistakes on the order #3 They charge way too much.

I was contacted almost immediately and an appointment was set up. My salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and wants. after what seemed like almost no time, he had all the rooms measured and we had choices narrowed down to 2. very enjoyable working with him. Installation was set up for the following week and the crew was prompt, courteous and professional. I was very happy with the whole process and my carpet is exceptional!

The sales lady mislead us on a few installation pieces. As a sales person they should be well aware and trained to be sure what they tell me they can and are going to do, the installers will actually do for what I am paying. The installers were not helpful in trying to fix the problems just telling me they can't do it. They were constantly speaking ina different language, and all four of them defecated in my bathroom about twice each. As well as leaving the toilet paper they wiped there feces with in my garbage can. The next day I said to do not use my bathrooms, as well as left signs on the doors, and they all still used it. Leaving dirty toilet paper in my garbage again, and poop floating in my toilet.

They reimbursed me for a small amount of damage that was done to freshly painted walls, so I am satisfied. The installers were very pleasant. I am very happy with the carpeting.
