"We had a water main leak and part of our concrete driveway (which was put in service only 5 years ago by a previous owner) had to be torn up for the repair.  The rest of the driveway was crumbling and the front step and sidewalk were not up to current codes.  Dustin was very helpful in planning our project (as I know relatively little about concrete and what is possible).   He gave us an estimate and was forthcoming with possible changes if things were discovered upon removal of the old surfaces that would require more work to correct.
Our project was affect a little by mother nature, but Dustin always kept us informed of the schedule and what would be best for the completion of our project.  He and his crew did great prep work and the completed project is just what we were looking for.
The entire process was handled with great communication (which is a must for me) and all my expectations were met.
