"I have worked with contractors in the past but, never had such kind, courteous, punctual, and patient young men as Jovon and Jeremy. They worked with me on the situation I was in. My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

I inherited a property that had it's share of trauma.  I had no idea of where to start or what to do, I thought I had my work cut out for me. A friend mentioned PLM and my husband remembered their ad on the back of our church bulletin. In one phone call I was told when I could expect help! My first meeting with PLM and they came to work in full force. I was greeted by the estimator, general contractor, and full work crew.  They started immediately! They are so knowledgeable. No one every thinks about the service professionals that clean up messes that we don't know how to deal with. They do it all... full service cleaning from the toilets to the ice cube trays in the refrigerator. They drywall, paint, spackle, remove carpeting, install new carpeting and flooring.  What ever you need, out with the old in with the new! They have samples of carpeting and counter tops, there's no need to chase all over town.

During all of this activity the one thing that was most noticeable to me was how EVERY employee told me how wonderful their boss is. I felt like I was on an episode of undercover boss. This shows in their work, it pays to surround yourself with great people!
