"The technicians that did the actual work did a great job but the tech that did the paperwork and his supervisor whose names are both Tyler are very dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. First off they tried to charge me $17,000 for a furnace and water heater and the removal of a second basement furnace which included the duct work and duct cleaning. When I asked about the cost being so high and I had an estimate from another company for $7417 for an efficiency furnace which included the duct work the supervisor Tyler tried to make it an issue of me having the money to pay. No the issue is why are you charging double what another company is charging. So I took the removal of the second furnace off the estimate and the price dropped to rounded off to $11,000. So I went with this company for the installation of the furnace and water heater. When I called today to let them know my kitchen duct had not been cleaned, which was full of garbage due to no vent cap being on I"

I needed a fresh install from the dryer to the wall plus a new vent. Rob give a once over what I had and clearly explained all of my options. After deciding on a course of action work was completed in a very timely manner. The workspace was left cleaner than he found it. "Terrible. $3500 Unit broke after 2 summers. Company gave us paperwork that stated 5 years parts & 5 years service warranty. They also wrote it in sticker on unit. They refused to honor their own writing. They were incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Charged me $175 to come out and look at unit and not be able to diagnose the problem. After that appointment they showed up on my doorstep un announced. No problem selling faulty equipment and they have no remorse."
