The individual who came out was nice enough, but then I never heard back from the company and never received a quote. I tried conte ting the company and the person I dealt with was very rude and said they would not do business with me but refused to give a reason why. Again, I live on the south side of Chicago. I’m guessing they don’t want to do business on the south side. This company is unprofessional. Don’t even waste your time getting an estimate, they will waste your time and may or may not even get back to you!"
