The project went very well and the end results exceeded expectations.

Russ and his team did an excellent job, very well built and was completed ahead of schedule. His team was very accommodating and addressed all of our needs. For contractors he was a breath of fresh air, meaning he stuck to his word, pricing was fair and did an excellent job.

Russ does amazing work! We have worked with Russ twice over the past year. With both projects, he worked with us to fit a schedule and requirements with the VA. We needed to remove a falling down concrete porch and build something new that could accommodate a wheelchair ramp. We also needed to make a small bathroom more accessible. His suggestions and previous work were very much a part of our end results. He was punctual and professional. His knowledge and skill were top notch. We were totally pleased with all of the hard work. The deck and the bathroom are the most beautiful parts of our house! We will definitely ask Russ to do the next remodel. Excellent work!

I am so grateful that we found Russ Swanson ! He recently built a pool deck for us and we could not be happier. The attention to detail, and the quality of work and materials is outstanding. My wife and I had a general idea of what we wanted, and some rough sketches, Russ listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions and made our vision a reality. Possibly most importantly is that Russ was so easy to work with in every way. He was very accessible and returned calls and emails very quickly, he was very hands-on with the project, and as we asked for small tweaks to the design, he worked with us and made it happen. I can say from experience, Russ was the easiest contractor that I have ever worked with on any project and would resoundingly recommend him without any hesitation.

It's beautiful. You can tell by his work that he loves his job. He was a pleasure to work with. He recommended options with images that would work with my landscaping as well as being within my budget. I will not hesitate contacting him for other projects.

Russ and his team did a great job on our deck! He really worked with us to design it the way we wanted it and within our budget! Whenever we had questions he was very promopt in answering them right away no matter what day or time it was. He gave us an estimated time on when they would be available to start the job and was then able to start two weeks early on it! They finished the job within a week and cleaned up everything after they were done. They were all very nice and hard working and it really shows that Russ takes pride in his business! I was fortunate to find Russ to build my porch. His pride in his work shows on the completed job. I would recommend him to anybody and would hire him again. Living on a corner and busy street I'm getting lots of compliments, Thanks again Russ!

I called Russ one evening and the next morning he returned my call and made an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. Russ sent me the estimate that evening with the contract. He called on Tuesday and came out to the house to start the work on the second floor deck. The deck was unstable and wobbly. He secured the deck and replaced needed woodwork. He even repainted the steel railings, so it looks brand new. Russ cleaned up the yard and disposed of the old decking. He was prompt and ontime with all appointments. His work and work ethics is impeccable. I will definitely recommend him to others. Plus his estimate was lower than most of the contractors.

Russ was great to work with, quick to answer our questions and provided next steps. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is wonderful. We will be working with Russ again!

It went fantastic. Our home looks like new! The bathroom is so pretty and everything was installed perfectly. What is more, Mr. Swanson was always on time and he worked hard and made sure everything fit perfectly, even though we have an older home and sometimes older homes can give you nasty little surprises. Mr. Swanson took everything in stride and took care of all the little surprises our home threw at him. He is very professional and very personable. He is also a perfectionist, so you really cannot go wrong having him do your home remodeling.

He arrived when he said he would, gave me a quote, and was able to take care of it on the same day. Originally he was going to set up an appointment to install the faucet in a few weeks. However, when I explained I had house guests coming who would be using that bathroom with the non functioning faucet, he made time that same day to install the new faucet and a shut-off valve. He also took the time to replace a floor vent in another bathroom. It took longer than he expected because of some difficulty with my plumbing pipes, but the price he quoted me didn't change. Russ was very pleasant and professional. I will be scheduling additional work with him.

He came over 2 days after I called for an estimate and was very professional and made me comfortable about what I needed done. We set a date and he did it all in one day! It is nice to know that I have a person I can trust when I need work done.

Russ quoted my wife and I for the replacement of our front porch.  After seeing the level of his work and professionalism, I asked him to do a few more things around my house, that I had not gotten to yet.

So, while waiting for the first inspection of the porch, he came over and removed and replaced a few rotted deck boards on my back porch.  Which turned out nicely.  And I only say nicely because now I want to have the rest of the deck boards replaced, which he warned me I would probably want.  :-)

While waiting for the next inspection, he picked up the doors my wife and I purchased from Menards, and installed the pre-hung door and screen door.

All in all, I was very happy with all the work that Russ did for me.

Everything turned out really good. They did an excellent job. He completed the work in timely manner. He was courteous and clean too.

He is very courteous and easy to work with. From measurement to clean-up he was excellent. He did a fabulous job and I am very pleased.

Well, aside from the dust and debris during the demo part of the project
(which he put up plastic to contain most) and he cleaned up daily, it
was a fairly smooth project. He knew what he was doing and made what I
thought would be a major dissaster of a project look pretty simple. He
told me 7 days from start to finish and it took him 6. His work was done
in a proffesional manner and he was on the job from the start to the
finish 12+ hours a day. Very pleased!
