Joe was very prompt in coming over to service a furnace at my mother s house during the process of negotiating to sell her home. His honest assessment of her 60 year old furnace was very helpful to me and to the buyer. He also performed a carbon monoxide test to reassure the new owner and me that the air was safe to breathe. The day the work was completed the furnace went out again. Joe came out early the following morning and found a switch tripped in the furnace. This was not part of the problem he took care of the previous day. He did not charge for coming out and showed us where the switch was in case it went out again. Later that day he called back to see if it was still operating properly. And the trip charge was the most reasonable of any other company.

Joe is very qualified he knows what to look and diagnose the problem quickly. The rates are awesome.

Joe told me the Aprilaire hose was cut. I had to leave for an appt. He did not tell me or my husband if he fixed the hose and it was not on the bill. But, he did explain a lot of the operations of the furnace and air to me, which was important due my husband's poor health. Also, we had a lamp that was plugged into an outlet that could be operated from two different switches. The lamp would flicker or go off and then later come on. He suggested, before he came and changed the outlet, that we used the switch that is not normally used. No problem with the lamp then. That told him the problem was the most commonly used switch. He changed that and every thing works great. Good suggestion!
