COMPLETE LAWN SERVICE

Chad called in January 2023 asking what services I would need for the year and I prepaid for 2 insecticide applications and fall cleanup for $333.90. During the summer, he never showed for the applications or fall cleanup and offered one excuse after another for not coming out to do the work. He even said there were no bugs in the lawn yet! I asked for a credit and I received a check that bounced and more excuses and eventually nobody would answer the phone. This used to be a good company when Pete Holcomb was the owner, but since Chad Chapman bought it -- I can only say at this point you will get ripped off like I did. I have used this company for decades, but under the new ownership I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't use any of Chad Chapman's companies, he is a fast talking scammer that doesn't do the work or pay his bills.

My wife and I hired Complete Lawn Services to do a fall clean up at our property this fall right before we put our house on the market. The guys that showed up worked hard, walked us through what they were going to do and answered a few questions that we had. Now that we have moved we will be hiring them at our new property to do additional work.

This was the first of six applications. Still experiencing some dandelions and other unwanted growth, but we were told that it will take a while to take effect. Very friendly and professional. Looking forward to future applications. No regrets in hiring CLS.

WHEN I CALLED, PETE RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY. HE CAME TO MEASURE AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS PROMPT. I CALLED A WEEK LATER TO ACCEPT HIS PROPOSAL, AND IN TWO DAYS, HE APPLIED THE FIRST TREATMENT. SO FAR, THE WEEDS ARE ALMOST GONE, AND THE GRASS IS GREENING BEAUTIFULLY.

THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC NEEDS. OUR LAWN LOOKS WONDERFUL COMPARED TO LAST YEAR AT THIS TIME WHEN WE DECIDED TO TRY THEM. WE HAD NEWLY SEEDED AREAS THAT THEY AVOIDED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS, UNTIL THE AREAS WERE WELL-ESTABLISHED AND COULD HANDLE THE CHEMICALS. THEY APPLIED INSECTICIDE EARLIER IN THE YEAR THOROUGHLY FOR LAWN PESTS. I CALLED PETE SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE YEAR WITH QUESTIONS AND HE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO OFFER HIS ADVICE OR KNOWLEDGE. THE APPLICATION'S ARE VERY THOROUGH AND GENEROUS.
