"GREAT WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICES! Purchased $4,000 worth of vinyl flooring in 2017. Tenant in our duplex called and said the flooring was lifting up along a seam. Stopped at Stu's in Greenfield on Sunday and told them about it. Called Stu's on Monday and spoke with Dan, one of the owners. He said he would have a repairman out on Wednesday. Wednesday Tyler came out and fixed the problem - NO CHARGE! He said "Stu's just likes to keep our customers happy"! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE!"

"Great job by Bill. He communicates well, is punctual, and the work he does himself (for us he replaced our cabinet doors) is done to the highest standard. Great attention to detail all thru the remodel including protecting the wood floors during construction and little details like putting rubber bumpers on the range hood to protect the new cabinet doors. A bonus is the new cabinet doors are made in Wisconsin, so buying local! "AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I would leave 0 stars if I could. They do not warranty their work no matter how bad their installation is, period. They're a pass the blame company. We started the claim over a year ago. We had to be the ones who constantly called them. They tried to pass the blame to Mohawk carpet and made them send out a product inspector from that company. The problem with that is that we didn't have a problem with the carpet, we had a problem with their installation, and they tried to get Mohawk to pay for their shoty work. They left about a 7-ft long raised seam and a terrible seam repair after they're p*** poor attempt to fix their poor installation job. Janice has got to be the rudest customer service "person" I have ever dealt with. According to her, they're not responsible for making sure the surface area where they're installing the carpet is suitable for installation. Janice lives and dies by a report (that was never shown to us) about the carpet, not the installation. I'm sure this is their get out of jail card for anybody that files a complaint with them. Not a single person from their company ever came out to inspect their installers' work. Another thing that Janice said was not their responsibility. So basically, if they can't get the carpet manufacturers to cover their horrible work, they won't do anything. I'm sure Janice will reply to this review with "the Mohawk inspectors report said" and still will not take responsibility for their poor installation. Buyer be very aware, all they want is your money. They do not care about making customers happy. I know this because when I said to her, "I guess your bad reviews are pretty accurate," she replied with, "I could care less what they say." She also followed that up with "if I had to help every customer that complained, I'd be out of business." Which tells me she has gotten quite a few complaints. Check BBB and Yelp. If you like bad installation, p*** poor communication, extremely rude customer relations(Janice) and a person who could care less about anything you say and roll her eyes at you over and over(Janice), then this place is for you. You get what you pay for, and that's why they're cheap. They don't care about customer service or workmanship quality. All the care about is if the check clears. Hey Janice, stop trying to make other companies fix your company's screw ups!!"
