The two movers I was assigned complained the whole time about moving my stuff and on top of that were very sloppy and uncaring about the things I had. I was left with a broken 75 inch tv, a scratched up 65 inch tv, and a couch with broken flaps and a missing leg. I filed a claim with the company (VERY hard to reach) and they stated that they are only allowed to give me a settlement of 360.00â ¦. Mind you, the couch is worth 2k, the tv 420.00 , and the other tv 300.00. Joe Casarez was my claim agent and he was very uncaring and unhelpful on the phone. All my sons also quoted me 500ish dollars for my move and somehow my total ended up being 1,014.00. This is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with in my life.

Julio Torres and his team are a 10/10. They were super professional and fast. Would recommend to anyone.

Dont waste your money. This the worst Moving company when it comes to Packing and Loading. They use probably the cheapest tape (at least the one used for me), that is sure to peel off the surface of the items taped, and that tape tears off easily leaving the remains stuck onto the item. Many of my items are damaged due to the quality of tape they used. Furthermore, the packing is recklessly done. The loading was very unplanned damaging 2 of my furniture items. They recklessly placed heavy items / boxes that caused the damage. Some boxes that had oil and / paint were placed upside down, damaging most of the items that are in those boxes due to the spill / leak. My claim for the damaged items was denied, stating that I have used an outside mover, which clearly underlines that they are not responsible / accountable for the packing and loading services, and they can do however they want.

I will use this company all over again.

The company and the specific team we got were so kind and really went the extra mile. They were so helpful and efficient. The costumer service was some of the best weâ ve ever received. Truly canâ t recommend them enough!

Kaeydn, Tiddus and Lloyshonda worked a Milwaukee Wisconsin move and were hard working, courteous and moved all items. So otherbthan a few minor scratches on some furniture we were satisfied with the move

Friendly courteous and efficient team

I scheduled my move for a 2pm start time the week prior to my move. The project manager called me to discuss the details of my move a day beforehand but on the day of the move the crew arrived at about nine AM. I was not home from work yet but I called the manager and he said that he would give me a eta for this afternoon. He reached me a hour later and said that he had no other crews available and I would need to reschedule. I had taken off the afternoon and had a friend also leave work at 12:30 pm but I agreed to the following day. The day of the move the crew arrived but could not drive the truck into the backlog of my condo building. It was not a difficult entrance to navigate but the driver was clearly inexperienced with handling a large vehicle. I was very disappointed when I saw the crew I was given to move my belongings. One guy looked capable of doing a move but the other two consisted of a very thin young man and a even smaller young woman. I started moving whatever I could to my patio. We left my place at the same time but the truck arrived.

They cancel on me and then they charge me extra money. I was able to move but the interaction with the company wasn't great

Three big problems: 1) arrived late 2) took way too long to pad the furniture and charged me extra for materials 3) still scratched nearly everything I own and the floors and walls in my house and apartment I think the guys did their best and the company just isn?t good.

All my sons were very thorough and professional. I was impressed with their level of service. Especially all the unforeseen issues we had with the move.it costs more than the estimate but I had to be moved that day so I couldn’t afford not to use their services. The movers did an awesome job!

They did not put marked boxes where they belonged and I still have not found items. They did not return my keys. I had to call twice to get them . They were supposed to mail them 11 days ago and I still have not received them.

They were efficient, on time, and hard working. Overall a good experience.

All My Son's did a good job moving all our furniture from our condo to our new home. None of the furniture was damaged, and you had to walk along a long walkway bridge to the parking lot! It was a little slower going because they did not have the 3 movers they at the start of the move (third mover showed up about an hour later). All said the movers were nice and generally professional. I would potentially use them again for a move.

The three men were quick, efficient and hard working and respectful. Wore masks when in our company. Very cooperative. Absolutely no complaints . Could have gone to another company for less money per hour, but don't know what kind of job they would have done,

They were efficient

Did not have the experience nor the tools needed for the job. Ruined my dining chairs (dirty hands, torn fabric, did not wrap them as promised). Dropped the dresser(chipping it beyond repair), scratched the perfect dining room table because they dragged it on the floor of the truck instead of lifting it. I never thought a professional moving company could ruin such an easy job! Not much in compensation! Never again.

They were a little late but did a great job. Saved me a bunch of headaches and back aches.
