"I've used Thermal Comfort a few times in the past to insulate entire homes, but this time I had a small job. Although this was a small job, they didn't treat it as one. From the start, I called Dason and he came to my property right away to look at the scope of work. I told him I'd like to get the work done ASAP. Although they were busy he squeezed me in, I was on his schedule within a week. The two techs, Randy and Walt were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I will continue to use Thermal Comfort for my spray foam needs."

"Was very happy with the work they did insulating my cathedral ceiling. They were very polite, organized and cleaned up after they had finished working. I could not get all of the old insulation out in some spots and there were some clips that needed to be removed. They took care of that for me, which I greatly appreciated. Cellular shades, also known as honeycomb shades, are the most energy-efficient and insulating window treatments. Their honeycomb structure is made of soft fabric that forms layered cell pockets. These pockets trap air, creating a thermal barrier that reduces heat loss in the winter and blocks heat gain in the summer. For even greater insulation, consider double- or triple-cell varieties. Side-tracked cellular shades, which seal the edges of the window frame, can further minimize air leaks and maximize energy efficiency.

These two types of foams are similar chemically, but they are applied in a much different way and each has its own pros and cons. Spray foam can only be used if the area where you will be installing the installation is wide open and easy to access. Injection foam should be used where it's cost-prohibitive to remove the walls that are placed over the insulation. Spray foam is a much less expensive process and requires less expertise.
