"Our deck is made of repurposed black locust which is a very hard wood. We chose Madison Stain & Seal because they have the expertise with hardwood. We specifically wanted the deck sanded because the prior company we used 18 months ago only power washed and the stain they used did not absorb and peeled quickly.
