"It was a pleasure to work with Vince on sealing my concrete patio. He thoroughly power washed the side of the house, the front sidewalk, and the patio. He removed and replaced the patio furniture and completed it all in a timely manner. He used a coating on the patio that has a wet look to it that makes the patio look clean and fresh. Vince was on time and called often to keep me up to date on his process. I would definitely recommend him. His pricing was very reasonable."

"Ted is the BEST! We got several quotes for pouring a small new patio, and his came in way less than the others. I was also way more impressed with Ted's customer service and communication than with the others who came out to do quotes. Some never even called me back. We waited almost a year to finally decide to do the project, and when I contacted him for a new quote, he said that his costs hadn't changed, so our quote wouldn't either! He and his crew are very kind and hard-working, and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. We LOVE the new patio. It looks beautiful. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. "Our deck is made of repurposed black locust which is a very hard wood. We chose Madison Stain & Seal because they have the expertise with hardwood. We specifically wanted the deck sanded because the prior company we used 18 months ago only power washed and the stain they used did not absorb and peeled quickly. Chris and his team did good work and the deck looks great. Chris is very personable and we discussed several questions I had. I highly recommend Madison Stain & Seal!"
