"Tim came out to repair my refrigerator icemaker. He checked with me the night before to set a time; and arrived the next day at that scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator and the problem I was having with the icemaker and the ice. Everything was shown and explained to me regarding the problem.
