We are a locally owned and operated concrete/asphalt removal, we also specialize in protective epoxy floor coatings, land clearing/grading, gravel/mulch delivery, and much more. I own a 20 foot 3 axle dump trailer and a track loader. Our company is fully insured. Give us a call today to schedule a time for an estimate.

We had just about given up when I found a YouTube video that addressed a similar problem. Now I could show contractors what we needed done. So we again went online searching for a contractor. When Eli (from AA Concrete & Concrete Removal) stopped by to give us an estimate he immediately understood the problem (even before I sent him a link to the YouTube) video. "They did a poor job. Within 3 months, plants started growing in between the asphalt. The company refuses to come fix it and is adamant it is done correctly against seal coating companies saying that it is poorly done. I was informed to seal coat the aspahlt within 3 months/in fall, and the driveway didnt last that long. He refuses to give me the terms and conditions to the "warranty" on the driveway despite several times asking. He only picks up responses to getting paid and accepting work. Also do not view the "estimate", it is a trick to get you to accept their work. Communication is difficult with this company unless its about giving them money. Would not recommend."

Clean with a damp mop and reseal every few years to protect the surface and enhance appearance.

Cracking, spalling, and uneven surfaces often need attention.

If your concrete steps have crumbled or chipped, you can fix them by removing any chips or flakes, cleaning and wetting the affected area, applying a concrete bonding agent, and finally applying new concrete, usually in the form of Portland cement. For widespread damage, you can consider concrete resurfacing instead. For fixing concrete spalling that has led to deep damage, you might need to remove damaged material, add structural supports, and pour new concrete into a mold.

There’s no legal requirement that states that you need rebar in a concrete driveway, but since the slab will be supporting heavy vehicle loads, it’s always a good idea to pay a bit more for rebar reinforcement. Your driveway will be much more likely to crack if you don’t reinforce it with rebar. Driveways that need to support commercial vehicles or provide parking for multiple vehicles at once should always include rebar reinforcement. If you’re pouring concrete over asphalt or pouring concrete over an existing slab, you may not have enough depth for rebar, meaning an increased risk of cracking.
