Mr. Bilder and his team were truly top-notch! I asked Rod to use hog wire on my deck project and he had never done it before. No worries. Rod learned how to best install it and the work is beautiful. He even came in slightly under budget on the project. I highly suggest using him for great craftsmanship and professionalism!

Mr Bilder is fantastic! His communication and kindness is only bested by his work! I contacted so many people to repair a deck for over a year. Everyone refused the project. Mr Bilder knew exactly what to do, was super helpful in moving the process along and explaining to me what the next steps were. I am extremely thrilled with the work he did. Mr Bilder did extensive repairs on an older deck for us. I was impressed with him from the time he arrived (on time) to do the estimate. He was the only builder who showed up in person to do the estimate. With me observing as he measured, he explained why each portion of the deck needed to be replaced. Once the project started, he was always on time with the support that he needed. His craftsmanship is the best I've seen in many years and his prices are extremely reasonable. When I have any kind of future building project, this is my first call. You will not regret hiring him!!

Phenomenal craftsmanship. Very reasonable quote and on time every day. Built a new porch to code! I am very impressed with the porch that was built. Mr. Bilder did a complete rebuild. It looks fantastic and I would hire him again. Highly recommended. He will explain everything in detail and will answer all of your questions AND he will keep you updated as the project progresses. I am VERY happy with Mr. Bilder! It took much less time to complete than I was anticipating. I will hire him in the spring for some additional work I need done.

Mr Bilder replaced my front porch floor and did an excellent job. He was able to finish the job at a lower cost than the original estimate. I will be needing similar work done in the future for my rear porch. It will be nice not to worry about getting several estimates because Mr Bilder will definitely be getting the job.

Mr. B. built a ramp on the side of my house so my mother wouldn't have to use the steps. He did a great job! It was so much more than just a ramp. It looks like a deck that is really part of the house. Everything was done to code and he kept us informed during the process. Would do business with him again!

"The customer purchased hardware. The front entrance door only replaced doorknob and deadboldt, not door. Rear entry door in the hallway had been kicked in due to vandalism. The customer could not find anyone to replace that door. We did the best we could with the materials supplied. The customer paid us in full and signed off that job was completed to her satisfaction. Locks and doors worked properly when we left. The property was income property and the tenant was not happy. The review was by the tenant.We apologize for any inconvenience.The day we completed job,I had property owner work each door and the locks."
