This contractor was outstanding, I've had others do the same thing on other jobs and they were ok. Level headed was great. They were efficient, complete and very professional. There communication was excellent. I will be calling on them again.

Level Headed Mudjackers was super! Sam, Marty and Dale were very prompt getting me a couple of estimates and adjusting what was covered, following up several times to answer questions I had. Sam and Marty who did the actual mudjacking were fantastic... on time, very pleasant, and fun to bounce questions off of. They cleared lawn overgrowth by the sidewalk slabs, and made my driveway a dream when pulling into the garage now. No more bumps and tripping hazards from all the unevenness. Shoveling show now will be a breeze. I would rehire them in a heartbeat if I needed anything more done! Thank you guys for a job well done!

Excellent workmanship, highly recommend

Level Head Mudjackers were very professional. The work was perfect and efficient. The price was acceptable and affordable, especially when compared to other contractors. The owner, Sam, was very upfront about some of the work we asked to have done. He explained that he could do the work, but we would not be happy with the result. In short, it was not truly a job that should be mud jacked. He was concerned with us being happy with the finished product. He is not always able to give recommendations only because he must be sure that the recommended job must be done to perfection. In our case he was able to give a recommendation. We were very happy with his recommendation, and we are having the alternative service performed. We will always look to Level Head Mudjackers for their services in the future. Next project for them - garage floor coating after our floor is replaced because we trust them.

Level Headed Mudjackers LLC provided old fashioned customer service and followed up with great quality work! Dale was prompt and kept me updated on my estimate and dates of service. I met Sam and his crew the day of service, he explained everything that was going to be done. I overpaid my bill by mistake, I received a call from Sam and he notified me of the oversight. This action by Sam speaks volumes about the character and integrity of Level Headed Mudjackers LLC.

It was quick and easy. They removed my garage. He looked at the foundation and gave me an insight of what he would do. And that speaks a lot about his character. I would hire them again if I have any other situations that come up. But being a homeowner we would not like to spend money on keeping our house " afloat". Rather spend it on pampering loved ones.

What a difference to pull in my garage without the big bump, having a straighter walk, and not having water pitched toward the house on my patio. Work was done in a timely manner and looks great. Fantastic work and it was like getting a new sidewalk and garage slab without the tear out of the old and pour of the new. The garage floor has been an issue for years as former owners of the property would create a "hockey rink" in the back yard in the winter with all the meltoff going across the garage floor. The result of those years of abuse (and foolish decisions) lead to a crack in the slab due to a void in one corner of the garage. A tree had also been planted within a few feet of the sidewalk between the house and the garage, resulting in crooked and raised slabs near the tree roots. As my spouse is legally blind, the irregular surface (one slab was almost three inches above the others on the "tree side"), these irregularities not only presented a trip hazard but also made snow removal more challenging as not even a snow blower could get up and over it without stopping the the turning blades and maneuvering to get over the hump. The crew spent several hours here and the transformation (particularly the side walk) is impressive. I no longer have to be concerned about my spouse's walks to and from the garage risking another wrist fracture from a fall (he has had two already in falls at non-home locations). I highly recommend this company and would hire them again should I need such services.

The entire process was excellent; from the free estimate performed by Dale, to his quick replies to my follow up questions, to selecting the work date and to the work performed by Sam (owner) and his crew...just excellent. Also I appreciate how well they cleaned up after the work was done.

Level Headed Mudjacking is excellent! They not only leveled most of our driveway but they referred us to an excellent concrete company to replace the lower part of our driveway which was crumbling. On the job, Level Headed added some mudjacking which was not in the original proposal at no additional cost and eliminated the ground downspouts which had caused the major amount of damage to the concrete. We have a restored driveway now, thanks to them. Previous estimates called for a complete removal and replacement which would have cost upwards of $25,000. The combined work cost less than one-third and should last 15 to 20 years. Many thanks to Sam Abraham and Level Headed as well as Mark Bilot and Mark's Concrete. These professionals know what they are doing and their work is of the highest quality.

Communication was good from getting a quote, through to when the work was actually done. The crew was quick and kept everything as clean as possible.

Perfectly done

Great! This company was professional, on time, and the work was done to perfection. They had given us a reasonable quote in writing and were faithful to it. They kept in touch about setting a firm date and arrived exactly when they said they would and got the job done. We have worked with many contractors through the years, and these guys are right at the top of our list. We highly recommend them.

Everything about this business is first-rate: the salesperson who prepared the estimate and the crew boss who was superb as well as the rest of the crew in their care with the lawn and cleanup operations.
