Mark Stargard is a master carpenter with amazing design talents. Saga builders accomplished a practical, economical and stunning design for a full kitchen, bathroom, (2) laundry rooms and a mud room. The finished product made the tenants who are going to live there choke up.
They supervised all electrical and plumbing work and again exceeded my original vision with completed work. Mark and his team were courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. They were all very experienced and professional. I highly recommend this company for all renovations. They will build a garage and add a deck/egress for an upstairs duplex in the near future. Triple and quot;Aand quot; rating from me!
When we were notified the windows arrived at the the store, we setup the install date with Mark and he set up delivery from the store to our house. It turned out that the store had failed to verify that the entire order had arrived. The screens and handles were missing. With our OK, Mark and his crew went ahead and installed the windows. Their work was great as per usual. Then, the patience testing began. The window company finally let us know there was a material shortage at one of their suppliers preventing the screens from being delivered. Mark and I took turns badgering the store and the window sales rep regarding the screens and handles. Finally, three months later the screens came in (just in time for winter).
Mark kept in touch with me during the entire delay and was professional throughout the whole process.
"I have worked with [member name removed] on a few other projects including new doors and a new roof. The job itself went smoothly, and the end result looks fantastic. The supplier, with whom I have used on numerous occasions with no issue, created several issues on this project. The particular custom window line was new to the distributors system, and I believe they offered them long before they had the bugs worked out of the system. [member name removed] was fantastic to work with, and was patient in resolving the matter. We ordered and installed more of the same line of windows for [member name removed] the following year with no issues whatsoever."
