"We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. Would definitely recommend the top bro’s for any project you need done you won’t be disappointed. Will be using them of all of my projects in the future!"

"We really appreciated working with Steele Home Remodeling. His bid was comprehensive and detailed. He provided unique design ideas for our space and helped us get the most out of our basement. Phill and his team provide quality work with an eye for small details that make the project and space come to life. I have already recommended him to family and friends looking for basement remodels."

"John has a great work ethic. He is willing to listen to our ideas and to work with us to get the results we wanted for our bathroom. John is a self starter and a hard worker. He knows how to do many, many types of work, and does them all well. We highly recommend John. He was able to find good quality things to use in our bathroom that stayed within our budget. I very much appreciated that John made time to do our estimate and schedule our work very quickly after we contacted him. Another contractor we had tried made a site visit and we never heard from the other contractor for months. Yet another contractor gave us an estimate that was over 3 times what John estimated for our remodel."

"Granzow Home Improvement LLC exceeded all expectations in finishing our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Richard and Bob displayed professionalism, skill, and a genuine passion for their craft. The attention to detail was incredible—from the high-quality materials used to the flawless execution of every feature. They transformed our basement into a beautiful, functional space that feels like an extension of the rest of our home, not just an afterthought. Whether it was customizing a plan to fit our needs or ensuring seamless design transitions with the same materials used when our home was built, they listened to our ideas and brought them to life perfectly. Beyond the craftsmanship, they were punctual, respectful, and kept the work area tidy throughout the project. Richard communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring there were no surprises and that we were thrilled with the progress. If you’re looking for a reliable, talented contractor to bring your vision to life, look no further than Granzow Home Improvement LLC . We wholeheartedly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Richard and Bob, for making our dream basement a reality!"

"We used Kegonsa Remodeling for a major kitchen renovation in a nearly 100-year-old house. Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. They came in and proposed a design that was the best balance of affordability and ideal features out of half a dozen contractors we interviewed. Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. We get compliments all the time, and recommend Kegonsa's work any chance we get!"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."
