"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"Received quote and paid $2429.90 deposit. 1 week before scheduled pickup, they called and re-assessed the number of items in the house and bumped up the estimate by $4149. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"

"Ashton moving company arrived on time and stayed until every item was moved. They took great care when moving and packing all of our items. My husband has many tools and saws and they did an excellent job getting those to his new work space. We would get them again!!"

"This is so unfortunate we have to leave this review. The initial move they helped us with was efficient and great. So we called and asked them to move a shed for us. Unfortunately the movers broke the shed. We understand these things happen and just wanted to file a claim to have it fixed or replaced. So we contacted the company with pictures details twice with no response. The damage includes the doors not aligning because the whole shed leans and screws are ripped from the roof. Also the shed was ripped from the base causing the screws to be ripped through the bottom of the shed which lead to damage as well. When we called to follow up, the office manager said she’d talk to the movers and never called us back. We emailed again to no response. About a week later (today) I called again to follow up and she said the movers said they didn’t damage it and so she refused to start a claim for us. I hate having to post this because I want to support local businesses. That’s why we hired them in the first place! They were not the least expensive but we try to support local and also were assured by the owner if anything went wrong or damage happened it would be addressed immediately. This experience though is unbelievable and it seems they aren’t willing to honor their own contractual terms regarding damage. I really wish I could recommend them but I’d say avoid at all possible costs. Two men and a truck was better than this and that says very little."

"I cannot say enough how much the team who moved us was careful, thorough, professional and even fun!! They moved my 88 yr old father from a huge house in Wisconsin to a 2 bedroom apartment in Montana, with an extra stop at my home in Montana as well to unload some items. There was a brief lack of communication about payment but DuFrane resolved it quickly and apologetically and all went incredibly smoothly! There were quite a few items that were difficult to pack and move and everything arrived in pristine condition. The guys were upbeat and kept what could have been a stressful situation lighthearted. I would use them again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend them! Thank you Jim, Joe, Ozzy and I'm so sorry I can't remember the 4th young man's name! You all were just amazing!!"

"Horribly. Only 1/2 of my items were delivered, and 4 months late. They would not move heavy furniture into the house. All items were severely damaged with water, rodent urine and feces, rodent nesting material, or furniture was broken or badly scratched.. Contacted company immediately. No contact received from the company to get the remaining iitems and have insurance adjustor come to assess the damage. No contact with company inspite of many calls with message left,,many emails, a letter mailed certified with returned receipt (was refused by company). Reported situation to the BBB, and they received no response also. Next, am contacting Ohio Attorney General and then the Painsville, Ohio Police to report a theft. This has been a nightmare. I would never recommend this company."
