Fallon Moving & Storage Inc

They had to put our things in storage because they didn't have a driver and then charged us for the storage. It took 40 days for the truck to arrive so we had to live without our goods for that time! There were an unbelievable number of things broken as a result of poor packing. Many of the items were not replaceable. We took the minimum insurance as we had never had a problem when moving with Atlas in the past. Fallon was unresponsive and unhelpful. The move was so traumatic due to lost precious items that it has taken until now to even write about it. Mr. Fallon was rude and the whole operation was unprofessional. I had to speak with the receiver in WI to get the straight story and was told that Fallon lied to us about the circumstances of our goods and why it was taking so long. Don't ever use this company!
