MORSE VAN LINES OF USA

Horribly. Only 1/2 of my items were delivered, and 4 months late. They would not move heavy furniture into the house. All items were severely damaged with water, rodent urine and feces, rodent nesting material, or furniture was broken or badly scratched.. Contacted company immediately. No contact received from the company to get the remaining iitems and have insurance adjustor come to assess the damage. No contact with company inspite of many calls with message left,,many emails, a letter mailed certified with returned receipt (was refused by company). Reported situation to the BBB, and they received no response also. Next, am contacting Ohio Attorney General and then the Painsville, Ohio Police to report a theft. This has been a nightmare. I would never recommend this company.

Wonderfully! I would recommend Morse Van Lines to anyone that is looking for movers. They were punctual (early actually), professional and extremely nice to me. Moving is stressful and they made is so much easier!

The movers, Patrick and John, were very helpful and did a great job!

They were fantastic!!! The price they quoted me was the price i paid. They packed our dishes and other items perfectly, they marked each item/box with a number which they gave me so my daughter could check off the items when it arrived in Seattle. In Seattle, there was hill to storage unit they had to put the items into and they did it. My daughter, the receiver of the furniture, said they were extremely professional with her. They had to move the "stuff" up a hill. They packed everything into the unit (which my daughter said was like a tetrus game). She couldn't have been more positive about her experience. The same with my experience with them in OH. You hear horror stories about moving experiences. But i would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

The packing team was very professional, courteous, and thorough. They did a great job and I was happy to tip them given how low paid they are.

More importantly, Morse was one of the few companies that returned my call, and one of only two that came out to do a survey. The other company didn't even offer a quote. In an industry that seems to be pretty shambolic these guys came off as very professional and efficient. I thoroughly recommend them.

Morse Van Lines was the only provider able to conduct this interstate move.  When the real estate purchases took an unpredicted turn messing up the move schedule, Morse worked hard to reroute trucks and did not charge any penalty on re-scheduling the date.  Their mover, George, arrived on time and despite local helpers bailing out, he had everything packed and loaded in time to head out the next morning.  When the household was delivered, there wasn't even a broken plate and all boxes were accounted for.  He was friendly, efficient, professional and kind during a stressful move.

They were very pleasant and helpful. They moved things like they were moving their own personal goods, they were very careful.

The experience was excellent. Everything was packed well. I have a long driveway and everything was brought down the driveway by hand because they couldn't park on the driveway. Everything was in excellent condition. Everything was good and I couldn't ask for anything better because everything arrived in the condition it was. I got a discount for paying in cash. I paid some in cash and some by credit card so I took advantage of the discount.

I had a shipment going from here to my granddaughter's in South Carolina.

Fairly well, but it was inconvenient that they insisted on no personal checks and would impose a 3% surcharged for credit/debit card use. Also had only one driver to Detroit and used day laborer to help unload. Compared prices and theirs was quite reasonable but I'm sure workers are not well paid.

We called the Morse office and were treated professionally and courteously. They said they could accomodate our same day request and would have a crew and a truck available that day around 2:30pm. It was set up that we would get a call prior to the truck arriving. At 2pm we got the call that the truck was on its way. When the truck arrived the crew searched the area for the best place to park and load the truck. They were cautious of parked cars, landscaping, and old sidewalks. As soon as the truck was parked, Tim and Richard (the super fantasic movers) wanted to see how much they were going to move. After they sized up all the items they immediately carried items out to the truck. They did not waste any time or trips! They worked nonstop until the apartment was cleared out. It took about an hour for a large one bedroom unit. The same efficiency can be said of their unloading process at the new two story Condo. They even went so far as to lay down moving blankets across the grass and sidewalk so as not to track any dirt, grass, or goose droppings into the new place! They asked what room the furniture or boxes were to be delivered and they put them where we said. The unloading also took around an hour. When they stopped and added up the bill I was very happy to see that it was a two and a half hour charge. These two guys really worked very hard and non stop. Morse Van Lines hourly rate is less than the other moving companys out there. We highly recommend them for your next move be it local, in state or out of state. Well done !!!!

There were three guys who came out and they were wonderful. Their price was outstanding. I packed and they moved my whole house for an unbelievable price.

THEY WERE LATE AND ONLY SENT 3 MEN AND 1 TRUCK. THEY STATED THAT THEY COULD ONLY MOVE UNTIL 4 PM. THEY TOOK THE TRUCK BACK WITH MY PLANTS IN IT BACK TO THEIR SHOP. THEY STATED THEY WOULD COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. BEFORE THEY LEFT, THEY FAILED TO PUT THE FRONT DOOR BACK ON PROPERLY TO THE HINGES, LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN THROUGH THE NIGHT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE AND I FELT THEY OVER CHARGED ME.
